April Prayer Update

Bedrock Community Church

Jonge Tate and Family

God has burdened the hearts of three families to sell their homes, move into Bedford County, and plant Bedrock Community Church. Jonge Tate, Chris Dowd, and Jeremy Minor committed to pray about doing this great work together in June of 2007 and in less than two months God united their hearts and all three families were in. God began confirming their decision and opening up doors and decisions were made to move toward a September 7, 2008 public launch. The team is now in the process of planning and preparing to serve Bedford and the surrounding communities through building relationships, building believers, and building churches

Specific Prayer requests

Pray for those who will join their team between now and September 7th.
Pray for the further development of their small groups this summer.
All the evangelistic events they have planned for this summer. And the mission teams that will be helping them.
For the community of Bedford to be open and responsive to the Gospel message and for many unsaved to trust in Jesus.

Prayer Request Update

Keep praying for our Church Planters Matthew and Tasha Murphy.  Tasha had a Stroke at age 35 two weeks ago.  She is now in rehab and will be there for about a week. She is carrying on conversation & can get up and walk around on her own, but she will need to work on her memory and thinking skills. We are also praying for complete healing in her right eye.

The Inmons

The Inmon family got to enjoy a couple days of rest and relaxation in our nations capital over the Easter weekend break.  Tony didn’t even take his laptop.  We had a lot of fun and saw some great sites.  Taylor’s favorite was the Zoo.  Denita is doing good with her Mary Kay and redecorating the house this spring with new paint.  April brings us into another year with our Daughter as she celebrates her sixth Birthday on April 11th.  God has begun to open up some opportunities in the Southwest.  We are currently talking with several Church planting prospects.  Please continue to pray to the Lord of the harvest for these workers and more.

Easter Break Vacation to D.C.

We got to take in the beauty of the cheery trees blooming in D.C.
