RESORT MINISTRIES
Who will we be ministering to: Day and overnight campers, tourists, and
bikers who frequent the scenic drive and utilize area campgrounds on or near
the US Hwy 129 corridor between Maryville, TN and the North Carolina state
line.
What will be doing: Children’s and family day camps and evening activities
in area campgrounds, roadside hospitality ministries and outreach for bikers
and day tourists, and participation in secular special events depending upon
the schedule

Why is this important: We are all called to be ministers of reconciliation.
People engaged in leisure activities are usually open to hearing the gospel.
Even though a person is camping with their family and friends, or on a

reconciliation to God through Jesus Christ. We have the privilege of being
God’s messengers in this setting.
