Issues:

1. Make sure the Bible translation you are using is acceptable with the pastor.

2. The high poverty areas are also faced with literacy issues. In some areas the reading level will be on a 3rd grade level. Click here for more information on High School Drops.

3. Roman 10:17 reminds us that "faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Therefore we must make the Word of God accessible to the people.

4. People with limited reading ability can "hear the Word of God."

5. People have learned to read by listening to the Bible on audio and following the reading in their their Bible.
